DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF AUTOMOTIVE PARTS

Carries out in accordance with customer’s specification. We use different CAD systems to prepare design documentation. The development processes are based on global automotive standards. We also offer design and manufacture of technological tooling for serial production.

PROTOTYPE AND STAMPING TOOLING MANUFACTURING

Production of automobile prototypes and small series of automotive parts. Manufacture of tooling for mass production: dies, molds, injection molds, control gauges.

DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES

Development of the stamping processes, machining, injection molding, heat treatment, and relevant technological documents preparation.

REVERSE ENGINEERING

Carry out reverse engineering of automotive parts, create 3D models according to the original sample.
